Reading P and H

Two facts on every Pukna signal — the quality score P and the horizon H — and how to use them.

Every Pukna signal comes with two facts: the quality score P and the horizon H. Together they tell you how good a signal is and over which window to judge it.

P — quality score

P runs from 0 to 100 and compares the signal’s likely combined result — its best gain and its final return within the horizon — with an ordinary candle of the same market. 50 is neutral; higher is better. It is a relative score, not a probability.

H — horizon

H is the number of candles the signal is judged over after it closes: 16 × 15m, 12 × 1h, 6 × 4h and 7 × 1d. A signal is about what happens inside this window, not forever.

Using P well

  • Start simple: keep signals with P ≥ 55.
  • Stand-out setups: P ≥ 60 marks clearly better-than-usual signals; there are fewer of them.
  • Test before trusting: turn your minimum P into a strategy and simulate it on past signals.

Markets are noisy, so most P values sit between 40 and 60. A signal stands out when its P is clearly above 50.
