The rules for using Pukna.
By creating an account or using Pukna you agree to these terms.
The service
Pukna provides market analysis tools: signals, signal readings, research pages and strategy simulations. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, does not manage funds and does not execute trades.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One person per account; accounts may not be shared or resold.
Memberships and payments
Memberships are prepaid for the chosen term and paid in stablecoins. They do not renew automatically. Upgrades apply immediately with credit for unused time; downgrades apply after the current term. Payments confirmed on-chain are final except where required by law.
Partner program
Referral commissions are earned only on confirmed payments while the referrer holds an active Pro membership. Abuse, self-referral or misleading promotion may lead to forfeiture of commissions and account closure.
Liability
Pukna is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses or decisions made using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on the website.
